Public Relations Tip #28 - Public Relations Headlines

Public Relations Tip #28 - Public Relations Headlines Thoughts

Do You Syn in Your Headlines? (sic) .

This is a quickie to help your public relations headlines. When you're thinking of headlines and sub-heads (as well as keyword research) be sure you also look at synonyms and antonyms.

If you have MS Word, they're already in there, as is a thesaurus. Or you can also go to any bookstore and get a printed book on either or both. Or you can go to Dictionary.com and look up your keywords. Synonyms and antonyms are listed just after the definitions in many cases.

Plus - putting a "not" in your headlines and subs introduces lots ot powerful copy potential you might not have thought of, and might not be using. Consider both questions and stetements in your headlines and subs.
