Public Relations Tip #29 - Public Relations Shortcuts

Public Relations Tip #29 - Public Relations Shortcuts Save Time

This is a short public relations tip ...

Use your text editor, such as WordPad, as a place to store things you use often.

I have one file that's all URLs I use every day.

I have another just for sig files, and still another for user names and passwords.

If you have certain public relations contact information you use more often than others, stick it in a WordPad file. Make a 'Priority' file of these contacts.

In short, it sure beats typing stuff over and over again. When you use something often, it's typically faster to copy and paste it than to retype it hundreds of times.

Look for ways to keep your most-often used stuff in WordPad. Over time, little time savers like this add up to extra hours to do with as you please ...
